At JKL Works, we offer our clients Three Important Guarantees which, if followed, will cement your success as a business or organization.

Guarantee #1

You have responded or sought us for a reason. Perhaps it's because of our training, our time together mapping your strategy or the results of our Success Blueprint, but regardless of why, if you keep doing the same things you have always done, you can expect (and will likely receive) the same results you have always gotten. Trust the process.

Guarantee #2

We want to reiterate the fact that this is a process that requires effort and work from both the client and the coach. Not participating in, or outright sabotage of, the goals, priorities, timelines, or process steps, will result in the voiding of any guarantees made here or anywhere by JKL Works. You would not want a customer who blatantly disrupts, sabotages, or refuses to participate in your product or service and neither do we. We strive for a good, productive working relationship from the initial Strategy Session and our Agreement to work together, and we expect the same in return.

Guarantee #3

IF YOU ARE FULLY COOPERATIVE AND PARTICIPATE COMPLETELY IN THE PRIORITIES, PROCESS STEPS, TIMELINE, AND ANY OTHER RESULTS WE PLEDGE TO PROVIDE YET WE ARE UNABLE TO ACHIEVE TO RESULTS WE AGREE TO IN THE TIMEFRAME WE AGREE TO, JKL WORKS WILL DO THE FOLLOWING:

1. WE WILL REFUND 100% OF OUR PROFIT WORKS IMPLEMENTATION COACHING COSTS PAID TO THAT POINT

2. JKL WORKS WILL KEEP WORKING FOR FREE UNTIL THOSE AGREED PRIORITIES AND REVENUE TOTALS THAT WE AGREED TO ARE ACHIEVED.

Refusal to participate, failure to comply, outright sabotage, or willful denial of the results achieved after a proof has been established by you as a Client constitutes a voiding of this Guarantee.
